What are your shipping options?

What is your return
policy?

I charge a flat rate fee based on purchase amount. Unless otherwise requested, all items will ship out via USPS. However, I do have access to a FedEx and UPS drop off if you wish to have them shipped this way. 

Do you take commissions?

I will accept all returns with regards to defects in the finished product. All of my items are hand measured, hand cut, machine sewn on a hobby sewing machine and therefore there will be imperfections with each piece. If there are major defects (slipped stitches, holes, stains, etc...), returns will be accepted with photo proof of the defect. 

What are the payment options?

While I love to create special, one of a kind pieces for my customers, not all of my products lend themselves to customization. Please email me with any customized requests and I will be more than happy to try to make it happen. 

I am a small business owner that has one paid employee (me!) and I make all items out of my studio in my home located in Mississippi. 

At this time, I accept credit/debit card payments only.
